Common Refrigerator Problems
Fridge Isn't Cooling
There is a big difference here between not cooling at all, or not cooling sufficiently.
If it stopped cooling entirely, that means, almost certainly, there is an issue with the compressor or sealed system.
If it's cooling but not to full capacity, there could be numerous reasons, but the most common one we find is a faulty fan not circulating air. Sometimes it's the fan itself, but more commonly it's frozen over by ice buildup around it. Why the ice built up would need to be investigated.
Fridge has water pooling
The most likely cause here is a blocked drain channel, making water spill out inside instead of draining out. In most cases we just need to clear the drain and do not need parts replacement for this issue.

Freezer or fridge have frost buildup
This is caused by warm air leaking into the compartment from the outside. Either your door was left open, or the gasket is failing, in most cases.
